Love and Encouragments

Having a sister in law like mine is not exactly a very good thing. But then again... she produced two super cute nephews.

Well, we were having a family talk at the dinner table. She said something which was quite hurting. This is what she said,'Zion people always say the wrong thing.' To me, it seemed like she was a judgement. And for me to say this, I am passing a judgement on her too.

It reminded me of what Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." We can say things that either encourage one another or discourage one another. We can say things that bring blessings to others or curses to others.

Well, I decided to shut my mouth and not answer her back. What for? God will deal with her eventually. Besides nobody is perfect except our Lord Jesus Christ.

Talking about this, it also reminds me of someone in church. Hhhhmmmm... I have to admit that sometimes I fail to bless her. Yup, we are in the same church for a purpose and a reason.

Heb 10:24-25 "And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."

Indeed, God is coming back soon. We should stir one another with encouragements and with love.
