Someone shared with me a while back about his girlfriend. The story that he shared is still etched in my mind.
Well, his girlfriend is working in a company where they are required to meet a certain target for sales. When she was still 'green', she did not meet the target or she had the lowest number of sales and everyone looked down on her and said, 'Nobody loves you because you have not reached the target.' They would discourage her all the time.
She said,' It's ok. Jesus loves me.' Everytime when someone told her that. She would reply the same thing. Wow! Talk about standing firm in the promises of God... knowing that God loves her no matter what.
And today, after being in the company for about 2 over years. She is now regularly the one who has been getting the highest number of sales in the company. And everyone would say,' Jesus loves you.' Her reply,' Yes, He does.'
Talk about making a difference and impacting lives. Just by saying,' Jesus loves me,' makes such a difference. It really doesn't matter where we work or what we do. It's our purpose in life to make a difference in somebody else's. Let's do what God has called us to do. Let's live a life that He has purposed us to live.
