As I age, there is no longer much joy in Chinese New Year. It's really becoming much more of a chore. I think I will go house visiting in shorts and flats. The only joy I get is buying new clothes and shoes. Hahaha... :) #shoppingaddict But then again, it's not like I've actually stopped shopping during the rest of the months.
Anyway, here's a short review of my Lollyrouge Peony Cheongsam Top :D I was planning to wear a dress on the first day but I've to be on stage singing so I have to wear pants. Sigh... Plans destroyed...
Lollyrouge Peony Cheongsam Top
I've recently become a lollyrouge addict. A lace lover me has now fallen in love with the tops that lollyrouge has been making. The tops are extremely good quality and no doubt I would say it's worth every cent. Anyway, as said above because I am singing, I had to find a top to wear. I prefer wearing dresses.
The top is made of denim. A little tight at the arm holes but it'll do. I totally adore the overflowing sweetness and femininity of this top. And plus points for the peplum as it helps hide my bulging tummy. The cut is quite flattering, makes me look slimmer and elongates my torso area. A floral lover I am, I would give this top a 5/5 if not for the slightly uncomfortable tight arm holes.
