It's been a while since I blogged. Hahaha... :)
Well, I just came back from Hong Kong. My so called 'short break'. However, I wasn't really exactly very satisfied with the trip as I didn't get to do what I wanted to do which was really have a break break....
We spent most of our time outside... which was not what I wanted. I wanted to be isolated from the world and from everyone else... and just let it be me and God... Time to pray, time to seek His face.. renew my spirit... Just spending time in the presence of God.
Sigh... Next destination... Ulu Tirum... somewhere uluated where no one can find me or contact me. Just me and God... wouldn't that just be lovely? However, I do thank God for the weather. It was just great to see my prayers being answered everyday. Thank God I didn't fall sick too.
Youth service on 5th July... It's just great how God works and how He uses us as His instruments. First time leading with a keyboard and I wasn't very confident at first but all worked well by God's grace. I think the worship team did an awesome job!!! :) It's good to know that people felt the presence of God but all that doesn't really matter because our hearts, souls, minds and spirits should be focused on ONE THING. That is God!!!
And I discovered other things too. Wow... not going to say what it is but it's just great because I can see God starting to work in the lives of many others as well. Next youth service is gonna be better!!!
Of course, there was one person who wasn't very happy. *not mentioning names..* As I was reading the book of Proverbs, I sometimes wonder whether it is that person or not... That would mean that I am judging at this point of time. Which is of course not good. Sigh... Why? Why? I feel so sorry for the youth that got it from this person. Seriously, somebody needs to talk to the person. Everybody seems to be avoiding though... don't know why... Well, just keep on praying for that breakthrough to come.
Well, now is to keep on praying and asking the Lord what is the next step for the youth and the children. Lord, lead us and direct us for we are nothing without You. Show us the purposes and the plans that You have for this youth zone and come what may Lord, let us stand firm on the promises of God.
Revival is coming. It is gonna sweep through the ThirDaYouth. Let nothing stop us from drawing nearer and nearer to God. Nothing... I'm so excited... super excited!!! :)
