Some things in life takes time to change and it also takes a lot of effort to make things work. It was so amazing that this morning, I was just reading that one of the relationship principles of Jesus is to communicate and in class, I was learning about communication as well.
Communicating with one another is a process which isn't easy. There are 3 things which the book say, which I think is very true, which is hard to do...
1) the foundation of communication is trust
2) communication is always from the heart
3) communication that makes an impact is honest
Sometimes it's really hard to say what you want to say. We usually don't say how hurt we are because of pride or we usually don't tell people the truth because we don't want to hurt them. It's like forming a wall around your heart and say,"Go away, leave me alone."
SO WHY IS IT SO HARD JUST TO SAY HOW YOU FEEL?
