Do you know that it is the hardest when we have to get down on our knees to pray? I had a hard time getting down on my knees to pray. Hahaha.. :) Too much pride in a human which prevents us from bowing down to something which is not seen.
Yes, God is real but at the same time we can't see Him. Of course we can feel Him. However, what beats seeing Him with our own eyes? That's why a lot of people find it hard to accept that God is real.
I was reading the book of Proverbs and this verse speaks so much of human life... Proverbs 27:20 "Death and Destruction are never satisfied, and neither are human eyes." Hahaha.. :) How true... :)
Anyway, that's not the point that I want to write today. Well, about getting down on our knees to pray. Sigh... It took me really, really long to do that unless I feel the Spirit prompting over and over again. Well, I finally did it! Hahaha.. :) And you know what happened? Wow! Miracles started to happen.
It started after the day I kneeled down to pray. The Lord then told me, "Humility is the key." Humility... Everything is by God's grace and God's way not mine. When I took that step again, I saw more things happening.
My life is never the same again. Praying and kneeling before God is one of the best things I have done in my prayer life. Yes, I can talk to Him even while standing and while walking around but it cannot beat when we kneel and humble ourselves before the Lord and King.
I really thank the Lord for what He has done. Really... my gratitude cannot be expressed. Lord, I pray that you will carry on to do more.
